We guarantee that your new puppy has been bred and reared with the utmost love, care and attention, with DNA/ health screening performed in line with Kennel Club recommendations (unless specifically advised at time of viewing).
Your puppy is believed to be in good health on the day of release, but we do ask you to take them to your local veterinary surgery for a general health check within 28 days of purchase (you will need to have the 2nd vaccine within that timescale anyway). If your veterinary surgeon finds any problem, which in their opinion renders the puppy unfit, we will take them back and refund the full purchase price on condition that they are returned to us in the same state of health as when it was sold.
• We will not let any puppy leave us that is unwell or if we have any concerns at all.
Before purchase, you should consider the puppy as a living animal which will become a much-loved member of the family in a very short time. We cannot be held responsible for any distress or costs incurred by you and your family for returning a puppy due to a change in circumstances. However, we will endeavour to rehome your puppy if things do not work out (and pass on any money received from the new owner if within 6 months, less the original deposit).
All our puppies are sold as pets and any Pedigree puppy’s papers are endorsed with a Kennel Club breeding restriction (unless specifically sold for breeding, which will involve an extra cost).
• All pedigree puppies will be KC Registered and paperwork provided.
• Details of parents' Pedigree are provided on page 1 of this contract for all crossbreeds.
• Copies of all health testing results will be provided (or KC 3 Gen Health Summary).
• 5 weeks free insurance (if a claim is made, then any excess is to be paid by the new owner).
• Details have been provided to obtain a Royal Canin Puppy welcome pack and we will supply food if the welcome pack has not been delivered.
• Food, diet, and worming information are all available on my website.
New owners should seriously consider having their puppy neutered/spayed as soon as their vet advises (vets’ opinions do vary).
